Anytime from September 25 - 30, record your lift on your phone & post it to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
Log into your Competition Corner account & enter your bodyweight, kettlebell weight, & the number of reps you think you did to form.
Your preliminary score appears on the live leaderboard in real-time! The leaderboard will say "Pending Review"...
A judge will review your video to determine your official score.
Once all scores have been reviewed, the leaderboard will be updated & marked "Official Results" & you will be emailed your official certificate.

For maximum accessibility, this competition is dual sanctioned! There will be both BOLT and IKO platforms running. Lifters may register for events on either/both tables. The rules are different between BOLT and IKO - please review the rules prior to selecting your lifts!
BOLT Events Offered: 5 Min: Kettlebell Triathlon 1 (KT1)
You'll be directed to a Lifter Information Form afterwards.
This is a District Kettlebell Association sponsored meet hosted by the Tough Temple Kettlebell Club. Your registration fees and merch purchases support kettlebell sport lifting in the Washington, DC region.
Master of Sport / MSIC / HMS / BOLT Elite / BOLT Pro Athletes: We're honored to have you. Your fees are waived. Please contact mike@thatguy.fit so we can properly recognize you at the meet.
Tough Temple has the following equipment on site:
Pro Kettlebells: 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 kg
Kettlebell Kings: 8, 12, 16, 20, 28, 32 kg
A robust warm-up area is on site with ski erg's, Assault runners, bikes, bands, and foam rollers.
There is NO on-site child minding. Numerous restaurants nearby.
